Where do you import your merchandise from?
We import our products from several different vendors including quotable, TokyoMilk, PAPYRUS (Jolie Papier UK), Paddywax, Compendium, International Arrivals and more! Some products are made in the USA and some are imported from Europe and Asia.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards at checkout including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more.
Can I receive a price adjustment for items bought in store? What about other websites?
No, we do not match pricing from our retail locations or other online websites.
Can I buy items in bulk/for corporate affairs?
We would love to help you out! Please contact us at email@example.com for more information about bulk ordering. Generally, please allow up to two weeks for special orders to arrive.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! We are proud to ship internationally including the United Kingdom, Australia and France. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
Do you gift wrap?
What is a gift without the presentation? For an additional cost, we will wrap your gift. During checkout, if you purchase gift wrapping, you will be given the option to leave the invoice outside of the package.
I have a loved one I would like to ship a gift directly to. Can you accommodate that?
We sure can! Please ensure to change the shipping address to the address you would like us to mail it to. For any other requests, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help you make a best moment for your gift recipient.

Do you wholesale your products?
At this time, we do not wholesale our products as supply chains are strained due to the restrictions and shipping effects of COVID-19, but we hope to launch in the future. Please email us with your store's contact information and we will reach back out if we do move forward!
