Return Policy
If for any reason you wish to return your order, you must email us (hello@bonsaipaperco.com) your intent of return so we may forward a Return Authorization Form to print out and include in your package. We do not provide shipping labels or reimburse shipping costs for return. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise, so we recommend that you purchase an insurance on your returned package.
We only accept returns within fourteen days from the shipping label date we send it off from our warehouse. Any returned packages sent without a Return Authorization Form or after the fourteen day period will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
IN-STORE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within fourteen days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Seasonal items are not eligible for return. Exchanges are offered on seasonal items prior to the eligible date of the season. Gift wrapping services and custom printing services are not eligible for return once submitted.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Refunds are only eligible to the original form of payment or onto a gift card.
