At Bonsai Paper Co., we are committed to delivering an extraordinary customer experience by consistently going above and beyond. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when you order has shipped with tracking information. If you haven't received your order within one week of receiving your confirmation email, please reach out to us at hello@bonsaipaperco.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For domestic shipping, expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days after it has shipped and left our facility. For international shipping, timeframes are typically closer to 2-3 weeks. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bonsai Paper Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.
